Environmentalists are Missing Out on Volunteer Recruitment Opportunities

There aren’t enough detailed articles about how environmentalism works

When attempting to dabble in the dark arts of SEO, I looked up the main questions the internet was asking about climate change, the environment, and sustainability.

I used tools like Ubersuggest, AnswerThePublic, and Google’s autocomplete to find the most commonly asked questions, and put them into search to see the best available answers.

What I found knocked me back on my heels.

Around the world, people asked over and over:

  • ‘how do I be green?’
  • ‘how do I protect the earth?’
  • ‘how can we protect nature?’ ‘how to get started?’
  • ‘how to be an environmentalist?’
  • ‘how to be a climate change advocate.’

How. How. How.

This is why I reject the notion that ‘no one cares’, people are apathetic, oh-what-will-it-take-for-people-to-finally-act oh-my-god-humanity-sucks…

People care. People are listening. They want to act and they don’t know HOW.
